请遵循以下步骤:

    故障识别: 如果您在在您使用IDMIX产品的过程中有任何的问题,请联系我们的客服人员:info@idmix.com.cn 若问题仍未得到解决,客服人员将会建议您将产品送回我司进行产品故障检测,我们将会按照实际情况为您提供维修服务。

 

保修范围:

IDMIX products shall be maintained strictly in accordance with our after-sales commitment. See below for specific warranty coverage.

 

1.  Fail to provide warranty card and related sales invoices.

2.  Cleaning of product and wear loss under normal circumstances ( such as natural loss of casing, inserting components, aging and wear ).

3.  Any product failure or damage caused by installation, usage, maintenance, and storage that are not in accordance with usage instructions.

4.  Alter or tear up barcode on products or warranty period.

5.  For those beyond change or warrant period.

6.  Product serial number or type on warranty card does not match the product itself.

7.  Without getting the permission of IDMIX Technology (HK) Co., LTD, change its inherent structure, circuit privately, or dismantling or modifying without authorization.

8.  Product damage caused by accident human abuse or misuse, such as output short circuit, high-voltage input, overload work, high temperature, water inflow, mechanical damage, broken, serious oxidation or rusty and etc.

9.  Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading on the way of return for repair.

10.  Product failure or damages caused by force majeure such as earthquake, fire, flood, lightning and so on.

11.  Product failure or  damaged caused by any problem other than product design, technology, manufacturing, quality and others.

 

Shipping and handling cost:

1. For IDMIX products within the warranty scope, the shipping costs to and from the company shall be borne  by IDMIX.

2. For products that do not fall within the warranty scope, the shipping costs to and from the company shall be borne solely by the customer.

Upon receiving the IDMIX product that is in need of repair, our staff will get back to the customer with the evaluation result within 3 working days, and will confirm and inform the customer of any charges needed for the repair.

 

声明:

1.  Please do not send any accessories or parts to us if they are not defective.

2.  Before sending the product to us, please note down the nature of the problem and send it to our after-sales service staff via e-mail so that we can complete the repair or replacement within a week according to the product’s condition.
